Car broken into twice.

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
Problems in the Oaks:
General
o Property manager is rude and doesn t seem to be kept informed.
o Property manager told us incorrect information when we moved in:
The Gate
She said it was brand-new and working great.
It is broken more often than it is functioning and, because of this, my car has been broken into twice in six months.
The pool
The Jacuzzi, which she told us would be up and running last summer, is still not working.
Renovations
o Renovations were not completed even though one month was given for them to be done.
These incomplete renovations were:
New blinds were not placed up.
Kitchen light was not the new model.
Door knobs were still brass.
Getting all the new renovations required daily calls, since we kept finding new things that needed to get done.
If we didn t have the old apartment to compare it to, would they have allowed us to pay the extra renovated fee if we didn t know these renovations needed to be done'
We were first told we could have the keys Thursday night so we could start moving, so I took off work to do this. On Wednesday we were told we couldn t have them anymore because they had to do a walk through . If they did the walk through, why were so many things missed'
Other
o Leak in the ceiling
o Ice machine broken
o Apartment was dirty, in general, in moving in
After three weeks of planning to transfer, we were told that we were no longer able to make the switch. This took up two hours of our time, both of us having to miss work to deal with it.
