I'll probably be moving after 3 years because I want to pay less rent...but this is a very nice and well maintained community. Because it is situated on busy end of Harris Blvd (near 77) with only one gated entrance/exit...there is no riff raff walking through or around to steal from cars. Staff used to be better when manager was always here and older lady in office. Now three young kids in office, only one of which is likeable. Aside from that it is a great place to live if you can pay the rent.
