Been there since February and several items noted to management that needed repair have yet to be done. The dishwasher was extremely filthy and I had to use a cleaner made for dishwashers four times to get the dishwasher clean enough to use. The whole apartment was supposed to be clean when I moved in but there were items besides the dishwasher that were nasty - like the drawer of the stove, under the bathroom vanity, in the linen closet, broken glass in the carpet in the bedroom. I have had problems with the toilet not flushing; the maintenance man ordered a bunch of plungers and has been handing them out to residents with the same problem.
What the office personnel tell you and what they try to slip into the contract are different. Read your contract before you sign it!
They filled in the hot tub rather than get a new one.
I guess you get what you pay for.
