i have lived here for 2 years and the only "improvement" they made was painting the buildings. very small pool, dangeropus at night and very poor customer service. it takes an average of three weeks to get maintenence to your apartment and they dont do a good job of fixing it until you use the term breach of contract and slum laws. they dont care about the safety and security of the tenants as long as they get their monthly check. every other week you get a note about a breaking to a home or car or even an armed robbery. i was the victim of such a crime and when i reported it to the office the property manager just stared blankly as if to say "of course this happened... look where you live". their tennis court hasnt been usable since long before i moved in, the laundry room is cramped and always locked and the "fitness center" is in reality a closet with a few treadmills. do yourself as favor and go somewhere with a gate that stays closed
