Ive lived here for a few years. I have had a great time here. For me its close to where I work. And its close to my favorite shops, and concert halls. The office staff has always been helpfull and professional. The maintance staff is always courtious and quick about takeing care of my needs.

The Scaleybark Road Concert Hall is great. Six Legs and the Roaches play there all the time. Wonderful group. I have pictures.

I completely forgot to mention the roaches, there were a lot of them! Maybe due to the fact that 30% of the renter leave their trash on their doorstep over night, before putting it on the to top their car the next day to dump it in the main entrance. Seriously, stay away!
