The only people who write reviews are almost allways the one who do not pay the rent and are being evectied. That is true with every apartment complex rating. If things are that bad, WHY do you stay there if it is sooooooooo bad''''''''''

...and the other 1/2 are the people that works there. I stayed there because i had a year contract and didnt wanna lose my deposit, i didnt get evicted, but i wish i read reviews like mine before i made the mistake to move there.

Some of us (a previous Wildwood resident) DO LEAVE.....and damn it, it was because the place purely sucked and had terrible management....so sense in used by a FEW!! Give credit to the ones that don't just leave and say NOTHING that action simply perpetuates what is--a Crappy place to live....some people have hard situations that mean it is not just a snap to move.......Could YOU move overnight?? 1 day>?? 5 Days? and with $100.....$500? $2000 ? Is that kind of cash in your mattress? Be real here!

Absolutely b.s. post, I pay my rent and have never been evicted. People don't just move because ------- management know that the lease is more in their favor and no one wants to pay for an apartment they are not living in. There are apartment complexes taht have good reviews. The only people who think only those who do not pay rent post angry comments are lazy ignorant management employees. Check it out the ones that are pissed off the most are those who pay and get lowsy service and living conditions. Don't be a ----.
