Pretty happy so far.

I've lived here a few months and have been pretty happy so far. The location IS pretty great, and it's easy to get to either Uptown or South Charlotte. Plus I like that it's in an actual neighborhood where you can walk to the store if you want to. The management staff is very friendly and seem genuinely interested in making sure tenants are happy. The apartments were built in early 90's - so they show their age a little in older appliances, no Ethernet connection, etc. And some of the floor plans are a bit dark cause they have windows facing the courtyard. But other than that the apartments are very nice - I especially like the tile fireplace in every unit. I've never had a problem w/feeling safe or hearing noise, and most of the neighbors seem nice. I was pretty worried about moving to a new city w/o knowing which apartments were unsafe or shoddy (especially after reading some of the horror stories on this site!) but I've felt very happy with the choice I made.
