I've been here for 2 years and I must say this place is great. The miantenance team is outstanding. However, the prior Supervisor was a huge flop. The new one however, seems to be great. He and the assistant maintenance man are extremely nice and more than willing to help at anytime to include helping me unload my groceries. You won't find that everywhere. They will also take the time to listen. You never see them just standing around doing nothing. Also the painter is a great guy also.
