There are good and bad things to say about this complex so it's up to you. I enjoy the location. The management team is very nice. The maintenance guy also comes immediately. The neighborhood is also very quiet and friendly. If the price were to increase I would say stay elsewhere. I moved here because of the low rent. The thing I just hate are the huge roaches! Not filthy roaches that stem from mess but huge waterbugs. If a complex has a weekly pest control visit you should think twice.
