First off, I lived under crazy people that made noises throughout the WHOLE night and the WHOLE day. We talked to them and they didn't care. Parking was a pain in the ass after 6 pm you can't find a place to park near your apartment, I have to say that the staff are very very nice and very very helpful. The pool is beautiful, the tennis court is excellent, basically I think The Regency is an excellent place to live but we just didn't have luck with the neighbors. So make sure to check the people near you before to sign the lease.
