This has been the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in.
The buildings are problematic and maintenence is poor.
The absolute worst.
There are so many problems including plumbing, poor repair work, patch work everywhere.
In my opinion, it is the WORST!.
There have been several breakins and the Regency has not yet provided security.
We too will be contacting the proper authorites to resolve this.
Most of the tenants that I have discussed this with, share the same opinion.
We are paying rent all but to live in hell.
Please do something about all these old run down apartments that you are renting on false pretense REGENCY!
