The previous management company was great, but the new owners are the worst! They have no problem raising your rent by at least 7% each year, but the living conditions drop by twice that each year. I was without water for 7 full days during Jan 2008 (not to mention my water was out at least twice a month over the last year). They did NOT give tenants advance notice of the water outtages! They would do nothing, but say "Too bad. It sucks for us too." They would not even offer their tenants a rent discount for all their trouble.
This place is going downhill fast! My apartment is falling apart. I'm not very particular about every little thing, but I requested service to my deck porch over 8 months ago and NOTHING has been done about it to this day. That's just one of probably a hundred things wrong with my apartment.
To top it off, they want their tenants to pay to fix the place!!! It's true. My kitchen cabinets are falling apart (literally), my counters sag, the vinyl floors are in terrible shape, bathroom needs a LOT of work, etc, etc, but they want to charge big bucks to the tenants who want "upgrades". Yeah, right ... like I'm gonna pay you to fix what's wrong with YOUR apartments.
Save your money. Stay away from this place. It's definitely not worth the high dollar amount they charge for rent!

It is really sad that they are so unprofessional about the whole thing but I had an experience with Drucker and faulk prior to them taking over this place and that is exactly what they do try to charge the tenants for normal wear and tear. Don't let them push you around.

We refer to them as Drucker & F$%K....... Over 12 serious thingss have gone wrong in our building in the last 4 months and little to nothing has been done about it! I won't list them here, because they would know who this is!
