Full of it!!!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I would reccommend that No re-news their lease. The rates for the property are outrageous!!! They are NOT fair and they charge you based on how they feel. Once they are confronted with the inconsistency, they do what every shiester does.....LIE, that is right!!! The management has changed, the people are the same they just shuffle them around. They charge for the carports and anyone with common sense knows that the apartments were designed for at least 1 carport be given to each apartment ...so if you do not purchase then you have to park somewhere...I have seen people park Buildings Away from there home!!!In addition, not all of the apartments are UPGRADED, and they are charging some residents MORE for the old style apartments than they are for the Upgraded ones!!!! Go figure is this STUPID OR WHAT, and THEY want the resident to PAY for the upgrades!!! IN addition the company they have hired to do the water'' well I think its a Joke, the bills are inconsistent, and utterly high, I have spoke with several of my neighbors and they have spoken with the Management here and nothing has been done!!! I will give it to them, they do seem to be making a false attempt to improving....HOWEVER, THIS IS A SLUM, THEY ARE SLUMLORDS, LIARS, AND CON-ARTIST!!! IT'S LIKE DEALING WITH A DRUG ADDICT, THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET WHAT THEY WANT...YOUR MONEY, THEY WILL TAKE IT AND MAKE PROMISES, BUT HAVE NO INTENTION OF DOING THE RIGHT THING!!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED, I THINK WE ALL WOULD HAVE DONE BETTER BY MOVING INTO THE APARTMENTS FURTHER DOWN SHARON AMITY ACROSS THE RR TRACKS, AT LEAST WE WOULD HAVE MORE MONEY IN OUR POCKETS, AND GET THE POOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE, SLUM CONDITIONS, AND DISHONEST STAFF...WE WOULD GET WHAT WE R PAYING FOR, WHILE HERE AT THE REGENCY THEY MAKE IT LIKE ITS AN UPSCALE APARTMENT WHEN ACTUALLY ITS AN OVERPRICED, DILAPADATED SLUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE DO NOT MOVE HERE, DO NOT MOVE HERE
