The Regency Apartments is such a nice place to live.
Yes, there is some deferred maintenance issues with the property.
However, I see how diligently this team of people are sorking to make improvements every day.
The staff is also very caring, professional and attentive.
I feel safe and have great neighbors.
The envirnment is quiet and peaceful.
Who could ask for more'''

Another BS review written by the office staff - so transparent - no one in their right mind would give our staff such an excellent review. Diligently -HA! that's absurd - They tell you one thing to get you to go away and do another if anything - they rarely follow through and if they do it takes forever. It's all smiles and bs right from the D&F handbook.

I think the follow through is the biggest problem with this place. They will be so kind when you go in with an issue, but nothing is ever done about it.
