Don't do it

I love my apartment's layout and location but that's about it. I moved here in April and just last week (mid-September) the plethora of things that were wrong when I moved in were fixed. I was told the apartment was move-in ready, but there were major issues such as locks not working, electric problems in the laundry room, windows and screens with damage and visible previous water damage. I have had repeated problems with the air conditioning that I reported 4 separate times over a 6 week period before they finally admitted something big was wrong. That mess resulted in an electric bill triple the normal cost this month. The mailbox for my building was damaged and it took about two months to get replaced. During that time we had to go to the office to get our mail. My work hours far exceed their's and I had a constant issue with trying to get my mail. In that time, they often misplaced my mail to the point that they lost a package that was delivered August 27th until this week when they finally were able to find it. The windows and doors aren't sealed correctly so I have insect problems. The office manager doesn't return phone calls even when I've left two or three messages about the same issue and gives only excuses when questioned about anything. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
