Well, I can say that I used this site because I was burned by my old complex. But everything you read, isn't always true. Before I moved in, the apartment rating was a 100% so I guess more and more people are starting to see.
The only real issues with the apartment itself are: 1. You can hear when your neighbor takes a shower. 2. You can hear someone knocking on a neighbor's door as if they were knocking on yours. 3. The train from South Blvd is so incredibly loud and it runs 24 hours a day : (
Now my issue with the apartment staff is something completely different. The property manager literally attacked me today. He followed me out of the rental office to yell at me. He told me that he could kick me out whenever he wanted. And that I was trash. When I gave him a taste of his own nastiness, he full out ATTACKED me. He stormed my car. Refused to move from in front of it. And when he finally did, he punched my car with his fist.
I pay my rent every month on time. I never have any complaints. The other office staff has even told me on several occasions that I am a great resident. Yet, this is the way that I am treated.
It was funny because my neighbor across the hall talked to me when I first moved in. I asked her how long she's lived here and if she likes it. She said three years and that she is moving out. She gave me her reasons and now I have my own.
Best of luck to future renters!

I must give some feedback here -- I am a resident here at the Reserve and I personally witnessed what truly took place. As I used the business center in the clubhouse one morning - a woman ran into the office raging at the office staff about a 'package' she didn't receive. She continued to cuss, and I watched the manager escort the lady out of the office. I've never had a problem with the office and I don't know what caused this -- but the lady struck the manager with her car. The police were called and the injured manager filled out a report. Don't believe this lady -- I saw what really happened. Its sad that people must resolve personal vendettas' on a website my friends and family may view. See the Reserve for yourself -- don't believe the naysayers. - Proud Resident since 2003 !

I'm browsing through this website and noticed that this lady seems to have posted twice? It doesn't seem fair that the overall rating of the place be brought down by one woman. I don't live here yet but I'll be moving there soon and hopefully its as good as everyone says!
