Procedural Issues
-The office signed for three packages for me on prior occasions. I called the office several times prior to the office closing on April 5th and I received no answer. I also left a message and I received no response. When I went to the office the next day, they told me that it was common knowledge that DHL does not go to their residents door. However, they signed for three consecutive packages without asking any questions. Meanwhile, I have missed three very important training sessions and my company has wasted money shipping me packages. I also had to expend extra time and money to ship the extra packages back to them.
-On April 24th, I called the office several times. Again, I was missing a package that I needed for a training session. The voice mail said that the office was open at 8:30 am. This is an operational error. The recording should be accurate and up to date at all times. Being very reminiscent of my earlier experience, I decided to go to the office myself. However, the office was closed and there were different office hours posted than previously listed on the voice mail.
-On April 24th, I found out that another package that I needed for a training session was accepted by the leasing office without my notification. This package was sitting idle at the office for 4 days without my knowledge.

Confrontational Management
-I went to the office to request my packages. I gave them a written notice that I did not authorize any one else to sign for my packages.
-When I left the office, I was not speaking to anyone. In fact, I left the office and proceeded to my car. I opened my car door to return to work and the property manager came out of the office screaming at me.
-Once he was outside, he started telling me how he could put me out at any time. When I asked him on what grounds, he could not give me an answer. I have always paid my rent on time and I do not have any complaints against me.
-Also during this conversation, he attacked my personal character by calling me trash. He is not in a position to behave this way. I am an established professional; I work for an industry leader; and I am a graduate of a highly prestigious university.
-I was parked in a space facing the apartments adjacent to us and away from the exit. This means that I got in my car. Put it in reverse and turned counter-clockwise 180 degrees before my car was facing the exit. In this time, the property manager ran from the entrance of the club house to the front of my car. He was trying to attack me. I asked him several times to move from in front of my car. He was physically threatening me. I am a woman and he is a man. He refused to move from in front of my vehicle. After asking him three times, he came around the driver side of the car to attack me. When he cleared the front of my car, I drove off trying to avoid his attack and he punched my car.
-On June 1, he came to my door and knocked very aggressively. I asked him three times to hold on, but he just continued to bang on my door. He proceeded to tell me that he was refusing my rent and that he was starting the eviction process for me. I had not received any written notification prior to this confrontation. When I told him that I was going to call his manager, he told me that he didnt care.
-I was asked not to go to the office and to communicate through the regional manager, but the property manager felt compelled to harass me without consulting his boss. After speaking with his manager, he stated that he would have advised the property manager against doing that because it would not help the situation. He also acknowledged that the property manager may have been trying to use scare tactics to get me to leave the property.

Retaliation
-The property manager is trying to evict me because of my personal beliefs. When he attacked my character, I called him a derogatory term against same sex partners. I am sure that hurt his feelings. I remember the first time that someone called me a derogatory term against --------Americans. While that is personally offensive, it is not illegal. I am entitled to my personal beliefs.
-On June 2, I received notification that I was in breach of my lease agreement. It has not been clearly explained to me what portion of my lease I have broken. This letter only states that in the event that the resident fails to comply with any and all terms and conditions; however, it fails to outline which term and/or condition I fail to satisfy.

This website is not for personal disagreements between people; Lets' move on and discuss real community issues. I don't see any complaints about safety or noise. Is the 'package pick-up' the only problem here ?
