Wow.. It seems like a lot of drama is going on here based on teh other reviews. I applied to live here and changed my mind about a year ago because of the managers nasty attitude. When I first walked in, Greg gave me a nice tour and was very pleasent. In my opinion, he should be the manager. I was very excited to move in... but Greg had to put me on a waiting list. After two weeks I called to check my status. The manager stated that there is no waiting list and he had nothing available and touch luck! He was very rude and blunt and had poor customer service skills. After talking to him, I demanded to speak with Greg. Greg came on the phone and was very polite. Its not what you say... it's how you say it. I came to the office and collected my deposit! I bought a house and decided not to move in here. I pay 700 for my mortgage and I am glad that I didn't move in. If you want excellent customer service.. don't move in here! The property manager was rude!! I couldn't live here and be treated like that!

Just to let everyone know the old property mgr. has been let go and Greg is the new Property mgr. I moved in just b/c Greg was so pleseant to me. He's always on point and on his game. Whenever i have an issue it is delt with in a timely manner and he is always polite! I am very happy in my new community and with the level of customer service i have recieved.
