When we moved in here, the apartment complex was touted as being high-end. This is most definitely not the case! This apartment complex is mediocre at best. We have lived in high-end apartments in other cities, this definitely does not compare. We have found that there people living on the complex who are paying rents far less than the advertized rates. So, do not believe the nonsense that the office staff will give you. These guys should stick to selling used cars!
We have found the maintenance to be pathetic. Some repairs that were supposed to have been done prior to our moving in were not done at the time we moved out, 1.5 years later. The breeze-ways were always filthy, definitely in need of a good cleaning. There are some apartments next to the reserve that rent at about $500. I do believe that the reserve is headed into that ball-park!

The writer of this post is crazy and nothing in this post is true. Obviously someone who probably didn't pay their rent on time and was asked to leave.
