The Reserve At Waterford Lakes

Impressed From: spatrick1234 Date posted: 10/15/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 response   I have lived at the Reserve for about 2 years now. It went through an ownership change a few months back and overall I was very impressed with the transition. I haven't had any problems with service or the community. Recently my air conditioning stopped working on a Sunday. I called and left a message, prepared to be frustrated. However, someone called back and was in my apartment and fixing the problem within 10 minutes. You can't ask for better than that. The front office is nice and they are making a lot of small changes to improve the community and keep residents informed about what is going on.
