I ignored the bad reviews and I regret it. They changed management right after our move in and the new team(s) have been disappointing. There are always kids skateboarding and blocking the road. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. It sounds like a herd of hippos upstairs. We have left complaints on the courtesy officer's line, but never received feedback or improvement. The new closet was improperly installed and fell off the wall my first weekend here. My husband had to properly install it as they could not be bothered. Four windows have been missing screens since before the move in and have never been replaced. The sent a notice banning grills claiming it was local ordinance and it is not - I got that from the fire marshall. The drains stop up often even though I use grates. The water has been off multiple times to fix a line. This is an ongoing issue reported here on the forum before my move in. They wish to do a prelim move out ins;pection 6 weeks prior to move out - that is ridiculous.
