My How Things Have Changed

I've lived in this place for the past 6 yrs (just relocated to another state within the last month) and my how things have changed. When I initially moved in, there were no problems with noise, children, parking, etc. But within the last 2 yrs, within my building, there have been no less than 3 tenants who've beat on their wives/girlfriends, my car had the license plate stolen, a neighbor who I think was auditioning to be a porn star (every night), and someone set one of the structural columns in the building on fire. As luck would have it, and with a little intervention from the Lord, it was only a small fire, but one management was not aware of. I happened to leave my apartment and noticed something didn't look quite right. I notified management who said they would look at it. This was mid-Oct. 2003. No one came to look at it until mid-Nov. 2003 and right before I moved out is when management actually came over to patch up the burned area. I guess that gives you some insight into management's responsiveness. I can not honestly say I would recommed this place to anyone....I did love my apartment and the space for the price, but the neighbors are disrespectful and I truly believe management will let anyone in who can afford to pay that months rent.
