Great Location. Price is OK. But management sucks.

It's in a very convinient location. Close to Balantine and Arboretum. Very competitive in price concidering how much other mostly newer apartments in the area charge. But the managemet absolutely sucks. Hard to make them do anything unless you have a major issue. Had problems with shower and the guy come over to fix it but it never worked properly. Told them the toilet had an internal leak, they never came in to fix it. When signed the contract, they never mensioned you had to give 2 month notice even if planning to move out on end of contract date. So got charged an extra month plus late fee at the end even though I moved out. Common areas are not always clean, they just don't keep it up.
Well, you get what you pay for. Should've paid few bucks extra for a better experience.
