I do agree with the previous statement, the management is not very good. I have previously worked in the apartment industry and know that residents want to be greeted when they walk in the door, something that this staff does not do. They often forget to write up a work order when there is a problem, and do not call you to let you know when your problem will be taken care of when it needs to be done by an outside contractor. I will say that from the contact I have had with the maintenance staff they have been very helpful and do try to stay on top of things. Its really not a bad place for its age, just hope you don't have to deal with the office staff.
