I lived here for six months. Six months too long. My neighbor lived more in his conversion van than his apt, "creepy" (neighbors said he was on coke and wife kicked him out) Who knows' Dogs roaming from time to time. Cats everywhere! Once returning home late, I was flagged down while near my apt. (i think it might have been by the conversion van guy) I called the police to escort me to my door and was told as long as he continued to stand in my parking area...to drive around. Alot of transits there. I was there for the cheap rent. Obviously so were they. Nosey, noisey neighbors! And sometimes unconcerning management.
