I moved out in august of last year and i recently found this website and had such a bad experiance I still had to make a comment.I was first driving a honda accord when I moved in and on a night I had some friends over, both me and my friend's car were broken into. One of us stepped out for some fresh air and caught the guy and we litteraly tried to chase him down but had no luck.On our chase we told a neighbor what had happened and he pulled a gun out of his sweatpants and continued to threaten us.Later I got a new vehicle and within 2 weeks of my purchase the speakers were stolen.Another neighbor walked by one day and sayed he heard what had happened and sayed if anyone tried to do anything to his car, he would shoot them, then he pulled a gun out of his pants.I can not stress enough how important it is to not move here.

I totally agree. I lived there from 1999 to 2002. By 2001 it was an absolute nightmare. The office managers son pulled a fake gun on my daughter. The rent went down drastically for new tenants (of course not the old ones) and an eliment of trash and criminals moved in. It went from paradise to hell overnight. Quite a shame. I was almost attacked one night while unloading my car. A man dressed as a woman went to attack me but I screamed and some people I knew happen to be behind a post and he ran off. Totally unsafe, staff is totally unprofessional and I just cant stress how you should not live there unless you are a thief or a criminal. My parents recently went to check it out and had said nothing changed.
