DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU PLAN ON HAVING RUNNING WATER ALL THE TIME. THIS PLACE WILL CUT THE WATER OFF FOR SEVERAL HOURS DURING THE DAY WITHOUT NOTICE. YOU CAN ASK ANYONE THAT LIVES THERE. JUST DRIVE THERE YOURSELF AND ASK ANY TENNANT HOW MUCH THE WATER GETS CUT OFF AND THE MANAGEMENT IS NEW AND DUMB. I CALL MANAGEMENT EVERYTIME AND I'M TOLD THEY ARE WORKING ON IT. LIKE RIGHT NOW IT'S 2:30PM AND I WAS TOLD THE WATER SHOULD BE BACK ON AT 6PM AND IT IS OUT IN THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY. POOR ANSWER, MY WATER BILL SHOULD BE FREE NOW. BUT I STILL HAVE TO PAY ACCORDING TO THEIR INTELLIGENCE.
DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOUR A DIRTY NASTY PERSON WHO DOESN'T CARE IF THE WATER RUNS WHENEVER IT WANTS NOT WHEN YOU WANT.

Obviously this person was angry that day. I'm a former resident, and the water was out once or twice in three years. But each time, they gave advance warning that they would be doing maintenance. You just have to plan ahead.
