Reasonable prices and above average maintenance

Office staff is adequate. Maintenance is superior to other complexes and supervisor insures quality work. Parking is above average with handicapped parking available. Windows are thin with some mildew problems. The grounds are continuously being improved. The pool area and hot tub are very enjoyable and relaxing. Overall, I have enjoyed my experience at the Timbers.
