I have been a resident at The Timbers for close to one year and have enjoyed it. It is pet friendly, which is a plus because I have a small dog. The cost of living has risen significantly in the past couple years and when I moved here, I did so to save money. My utility bill is never above $60/month, and I live in a large two bedroom. And water is free! I have wonderful neighbors, who are courteous and nice. My experience with the office and maintenance staff is A . It is a gated community, which is important to me because I am a S/W/F who lives alone. My family is not close by, so this is an added benefit. Overall, my residency here at The Timbers is an enjoyable one.
