I appreciate the constant grounds maintainance, which includes landscaping and pest control. This shows that management cares about more than just rent being paid---they apparently also want us to enjoy being here. The office staff is superior in friendliness and efficiency, with plenty of goodies on hand. This generates feelings of goodwill. I really appreciate the efforts to ensure good security. East Charlotte has a negative rep from many people behaving badly and management works hard to keep the riff-raff out. The floorplans are nice. The units are cosy. I moved into an IMMACULATELY clean, fresh-smelling apartment! Love the location. I am close to where I work, worship, and play. As long as management keeps up the great work, I highly recommend these apartments.
