Nice apartment, good location, good price

I moved into the timbers two years ago, I have a huge two bedroom apartment with a wooded view, my power bill has never been more tha $65 and the water is free here. The office staff is great and maintenance has been very fast to repair the few items in my apartment that have needed attention. I love that the timbers is gated with security at the entrance all night and more security walking around. There does not seem to be much crime here either, which I was concerned about moving to east charlotte by myself. I would highly recommend the community to anyone looking to move to the area.
