A Great Experience
My experience at The TImber was excellent. I had some lousy A/C when I moved in, but maintenance took care of the problem quickly and the management company replaced the outside A/C unit with one week, while adjusting my rent. The location is great and the price for the Plaza Midwood area is very good. I would reccommend the Timbers to anyone who lives in Charlotte. The staff is very friendly and always took care of my requests.
