more cons than pros

Years at this apartment: 2004-01-01 - 2005-01-01
Ive lived here for almost a year and it's an Okay place to live, it you want cheap rent.
Pros:
-maintenance responds very quickly
-office help takes you seriously
-bugs aren't a problem
-gated with "security"
-very close to downtown
-look 'nice' on outside
-very cheap rent, some utilities included
-free cookies everyday in office
Cons:
-very old apartments with lots of problems
-can hear everything going on upstairs
-can hear everytime someone is walking on steps outside
-thermastat doesn't work well, either too cold or too hot
-VERY VERY bad parking in evening, I usually have to walk very far from my car
-gate left open sometimes
-gate check doesn't work when its raining
-loud neighbors, ive had about 3 different families move in above me and they've all been extremely loud
