I hope I'm not the only one who sees the direction this neighborhood is going in. When I first moved in, I found it to be an acceptable place to stay while saving money. My opinion has quickly changed. While several of my neighbors have become personal friends, all but one has moved on to better living situations. We have all agreed that the crime rate, lack of security, rude and immature office staff, and lack of professional descretion with sensitive materials, was unacceptable. There are too many negative comments to mention. I have seen car breakins, property damage, and multiple cases of innocent people being assaulted within this so-called "gated" community. Save yourself. I am.
