I have been a resident of The Timbers since October 2003. I recently renewed and the decision was a no brainer--why would I leave? I live in a community that is close to where I work, worship and play. I am nowhere from uptown or the university area. The management is terrific!--not "changing hands" every six months like other places I hear about. The office staff can be no sweeter or patient to EVERYONE who calls or walks in the door. They really know their stuff and it shows! Maintenance is quick and thorough(friendly too). And thats alot considering the size of the neighborhood. These people care about what they do. The grounds are beautiful! Security wonderful. I tell friends and family about the Timbers all the time, so much that a family member is moving to the neighborhood, too!
