I think that some of the negativity we see on this site about The Timbers is in a large part due to the change in staff.
The new staff it trying to cope and I think doing a nice job...so lets give them a break and let them get comfortable in their new roles.
Yes, we have had some maint.
and office issues but I do think things are getting much better.
I have lived here for some time and still recommend it.
It is close to downtown and the college, UNCC and Central Piedmont.
I am 10 min from downtown and the property is beautiful.
The price of my apartment is very afforadable and I love it.
All communties have some issues but, People if you want a good value and be close to downtown but NOT the downtown prices...then come visit The Timbers.
I am staying.
love my apartment and the community.
Most of these complaints are coming from people who probably got evicted for not paying their rent or being too noisy and loud and not respecting their community or their neighbors.
Come check it out for yourself.
Eastway looks a little rough but if you live in the city you must take the good with the bad.
It is my home and I love it.
Close Close Close...People dont be snobs, get a good value.
Very diverse community and "human rights" friendly.
