Please don't move here! From: venus37 Date posted: 6/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   We have lived here 3.5 years and can not wait until our lease is up. When we moved in the complex was well kept, wonderful staff, clean facilities, good security, etc.... Well that has all changed. They treat their current residents like crap. The security is ridiculous. Sure there is a gate but what good is gate when it's open. Office staff is TERRIBLE. They used to be so helpful and friendly but a new group of women entered and they are rude, rude, rude and unhelpful. The facilities are ridiculous. One pool was closed the majority of last summer and the other pool has rarely, if ever been open in the entire time we have been here. The amenities are used to lure people into the neighborhood but not then not maintained. This was admitted to me by the fat hag a previous rater spoke of. The parking is terrible. Abandoned vehicles taking up spots. Cars taking up multiple spots. People parking numerous vehicles in front of buildings they live nowhere near. I do have to say that the maintenance staff is great! Super friendly and very helpful. A couple years ago I would have (and did) recommend this place to anyone but now I say STAY AWAY.
