I heard a rumor thet the place is for sale again, and I have to say that if it is true and Jeanette & Nick leave I wont renew my lease agreement. I've lived here 8 years and Jeanette is the best manager we've had. She really caresabout the timbers and the residents, though she is tough if you don't follow the rules so I guess some peolpe don't like her. Nick is the best maintenance we've had, work orders used to take months, now even little things are done quickly. The other staff is new, but they seem to want to help. I respect my neighborhood and my neighbors and have never had a bad experience with the current staff.
