The Timbers

This place looks sooo nice when looking from the outside in.

It even has a gate! which breaks all the time! They tell you in the rent you are paying for the amenities, but once those don't function, suddenly they say it's a privilege! HA! The pool is nice, but only after one month of it being open, it grew black slimey mold all over, and even though it's closed for cleaning every monday, nothing gets done.

If it WAS cleaned every monday, there would be no mold! And the hot tub...it was operating for only a week, and even then looked like it was moldy.

After a week it is only one third full, not funtioning, stinky, and the water in it looks like diarrhea!!! GROSS! The inside of my apartment is descent, other than the mold growing on the window sill and the sliding doors, as well as scuffs and scratches on the walls...which maintenance never came to fix!@$%* I'm sooo glad my lease is almost up....i'll try to find a better dump for the next year....since they decided to highjack my rent...
