If you are thinking about the timbers as your new apartment home consider your future life in the hood. with its neighborhood pool filled with MUSR and fugi, that sevices eastway and kilborn. your home will be filled with biting bed bugs as you thow out your future for the third time you will also throw away good food because your frige is broke. the manager jeanette will her lepracon husband to patch things together and hand you so raid. LIfe at the timbers wont be dull because you neighbors will be attacking the own children, if you like to be on the new this is the place to be. one of my neighbors went on vactions and his home was lived in and his washer and dryer were stolen. there is frequently a drag show by the pool, for your entertainment, on good the side they keep the grass cut and fertalized with dog poo. you will also lose plenty of mony in gambling with the launrdy mat. the gate will open promtly as your car is being driven out by a car theif. the timbers is a interesting place to live.... oh jeanette or nick paid someone to write that comment she was never there. she only theRE for the pool party. DON'T MOVE THERE.

Nice grammar & spelling...I have lived at The Timbers for years, while the area outside the gates has gone downhill a bit, inside the gates is a different story entirely. I will say that the pool sometimes has a lot of children and the jets on the spa continue to be damaged, but whose fault is that? The same thing happens with the gate. Just last month the newsletter explained why this was happening and how to stop it. People today just don't know how to show respect to anyone or anything. After reading your post, I assume that you were part of the problem. While I am having difficulty understanding most of what you wrote because of the aforementioned grammar & spelling, I have to ask, if you had such a horrible time living here, why did you renew your lease after the first year?

I agree with this review. I have lived here since August and I hate it. It had bugs upon move in and everything is so old and when the refrigerator leaks and goes out. they take more than a month to take care of it unless you call them twice a day to get them off their butts. The service here is bad, the neighborhood is bad. I stepped out my front door one day a month ago to find three police cars and a van and 15 or more cops with their guns out running up the stairs. I still don't know why. I just turned and ran back into my house. Oh yeah and they turn your water off with no notice, and they pay the water bill, not me.
