I moved here in October of last year. I thought it was great because I came from VA and needed somewhere to live quickly. I'm talk a week quick. I didn't do my research. I lived in the building right next to the gate and two months after living there, I hated it. I had some neighbors move in that played music until all times of the morning. And it constantly pumped through the walls. And not to mention the bugs. I have never had a bug problem at any apartment I have lived in and here it was atrocious. I noticed the first one in my kitchen, there in my bathroom. I asked the apartments to come spray and they were out there every Tuesday. I complained to the managment about the nieghbors and their bugs and they told me they would take care of it. THEY DID NOTHING!!! I called the cops seven times in the span of four months on them. I even had to hire my own exterminator, in addition to debugging my apartment with a defogger while I stayed elsewhere. Security' What security' They let anyone they wanted through the gate. Possums were a problem. When I moved out, it they told me I couldn't give a six month notice b/c I was one day past the six month point. I had to pay and extra $200 for another month when I didn't even stay there. Save yourself. Unless you want roaches, earwigs, a dead possum in the dumpster, don't live here.
