I moved in in August and our apartment was not ready for move in when we got here on the date they told us to come. (They had more than 2 months notice of the date.) We had to wait almost an hour with all our possessions on a trailer in the parking lot just to get the keys. When we get in the air Conditioner did not work. It was so hot and they did not get it fixed for a week and a half in August! Our ceiling fan had exposed wires and our ice maker was broken. It took more than a month to get that stuff fixed and we had to call several times about each problem. The gate is always broken. Oh, the laundry room, is disgusting with bugs everywhere and trash is overflowing. There are spiderwebs in all the machines! Our refrigerator was leaking puddles on our kitchen floor and we had to call 3 times to get that fixed and it took a month at least, also the icemaker stopped working again when they fixed the leak. This place is terrible and cost as much as way nicer places. Oh also there were these huge centipede bugs with yellow legs within the first week of our move in. Disgusting, bad service, no security, and all the appliances are from 1980. Don't live here. Oh and don't forget the time I went to take out the trash and i walk out in the middle of some sort of police raid. There were 15 or so cops with their guns out in the parking lot and on the third floor of our apartments. I still don't know why.

I used to be a leasing specialist here back in 2000. I LOVED working at the Timbers, and was sad to leave (needed more income). I will say that the pools and hot tub used to be maintined all the time. I was surpised to see that in the photos on the website nothing has been updated. This includes the clubhouse and the apartments. I can't believe that the same stoves and fridges are still there. The property is not in a very good location, but the Timbers used to be a reputable place to reside. I honestly think that that with a major update to all ammenities and apartments it would be okay. It's ashame it's gone downhill. It used to be a beautiful place and it has so much potential.
