i searched several places in the university area before deciding on the tradition. i have been happy since moving in september. office and maintenance staff have been friendly, quick to respond to requests. lots of sq. ft. for a 1-bedroom apt. grounds are VERY nice, always clean, freshly mowed, flowers, etc. i have very friendly neighbors- and the building is very diverse, it's great meeting someone new. only complaint is the constant road construction, but that's just location and not the apts!
