Not worth it.

When my roommate and I moved in, we thought we were getting a great deal. Little did we know of what was to come. If you needed something fixed in the apartment, you played phone tag with the repairmen for a couple of weeks. My bedrooms started leaking water and had a water stain halfway across the wall. Maintenance said they fixed the problem but all they did was paint over the stain. Needless to say, my roommate developed allergies to the mold that was growing in the wall. The mail kiosk was broken into multiple times. We (all tenants)were never notified until we received notices saying that we had to pay late fees because our bills were never received. When the staff were asked about the problem, they said it had been going on for about a month but they didn't bother to post any signs letting us know. The staff in general is not the brightest in the world but they do know how to be rude and snobby. There is no after hour number to call either if something breaks or the neighbors are being noisy. The only number they left was to the answering machine. Like I said earlier, it might take a couple of weeks before the problems is resolved. Once the lease was up, we were out of there.
