Quality of construction of buildings appeared very cheap. Noise is easily transmitted through walls and floors. Lots of noisy, un-checked children roaming property. There have been robberies and attacks in recent past. Security patrols now present at all times. Not a place we felt safe in.
Cost of units is at the high end of local area. Considering the construction, floorplans and overall low-rent atmosphere, there are much better deals around.
