(NOT!!!) terrible...

Although there are pro's and con's to all things, I think the author of "terrible" is just being downright pessimistic. Yes you do have to get your mail at a kiosk, but perhaps she failed to realize this is the way of most apartments. I've never had a problem with mail or packages and all outgoing mail is now sent from the office itself, not the kiosk. Oh, and by the way... you ARE allowed to grill outside on your own grill. I made sure of that and i do it all the time.
The certain spanish-speaking woman is very nice and quite able to do her job in a satisfactory way. The maintenance guys work hard and are incredibly nice and have done a good job at fixing everything my clumsy-self has broken. Oh and the cabinets are not "paper-finished".
It is very safe in the complex and I, a young female, have no problem taking walks or swimming by myself at night. There are movies nights and pool parties and many other kid-friendly activities. The staff even passed out little breakfast's at 6 o' clock in the morning before!
all in all... I love the tradition more than any other apartment i've been in and i highly reccommend it to anyone interested.
