Moving to Charlotte on short notice and not really knowing the area, I did my homework before picking my apartment. The complex is one of the best in the city in terms of crime, my apartment is huge, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I've only been in my apartment 3 months now, but my one service request was completed within a couple of hours, and the neighborhood has been nice and quiet. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live. My only complaint is parking sometimes late at night, but isn't it always an issue at apartments' They do have garages you can rent for extra cost, though
