It's unfair to give a review without providing some reason(s).

Well I can. They don't fix anything. THey don't control loud rude neighbors - this place is like the Sanford Arms. Drug deals and hookers, non residents at the pool beating up tennants, loud music til 2 and 3 and no courtesy officers or office involvement. Clueless management. Any other questions?

Just wondering if you called the police when you witnessed the law being broken (drug deals, selling s*x, assault and battery, disturbing the peace). If for no other reason, to protect your own personal safety... I have my few gripes about this place (no "weekly resident activities" for one) but these are things management can do something about. If you're afraid to call the police (which in some cases might not ensure your safety, depending), write anonymous letters to the mgmt and post copies in highly visible locations and keep doing it until you see a change. If you're not getting serious repairs made (leaks, electrical, falling down doors), consider writing to the corporate office. Go into the office and ask them for the name and address of who you need to write to to have your issues addressed. Maybe that will light a fire under some behinds. Or do like another resident mentioned. Call the press. This is still a small town (albeit a big city). The local news loves local stories where the little guy needs help fighting the giant.
