I'm not sure who Cherrie is but I do know the rest of the names. Lindsey is wonderful. Very personable and professional, always cheerful. Mike (the property manager) is great too. Most of the maintenance staff is good as well. There is one particular guy who ignores certain types of people. Pilar is the same. She is nice when others are around but somehow has forgetten to process every request I've made of her. She has a funny little habit of speaking to my child while pretending not to see me. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

Cheerful is great but service is better an Mike cannot be bothered until you threaten to go to Channel 9 or the newspaper and then some action is taken. They are renting to scum now and I dont feel safe walking the dog at night alone. Parking sucks and noisy noisy people are moving in w/no consideration for others.

Yes, I agree that scum is starting to move in. But what can you do? Some of the most horrible people pay their rent on time, have great credit scores and no police record. As for walking the dog at night, no place is truly safe, day or night. Our personal safety relies on our personal attentiveness to our surroundings, etc. We have been lucky to have mostly good people in our building. It seems the others don't stay long. (Thank God.)

Honestly, we have had no problems with service unless the request was asked of Pilar. Mike, Lindsey, and Sherrie (I believe that is her name) have all provided us with exceptional service. I've never had to ask any of them twice for anything. With Pilar, I don't bother. One thing I've learned in life: when you've done nothing ill to a person and they offer you rude treatment, it speaks loudly of who they are and says nothing bad about you at all.
