It is getting worse

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
I am a current renter. I moved here from NY 2 years ago and the tradition is the first and only apartment that I have rented in charlotte. I was impressed with the apartments and the maintance is great if you call they will be there quickly.
Then problem I have is with the renters. It is getting very ghetto at the tradition. We have outsiders using the pool. It is always crowed and a lot are not residents. The gym has 2 treadmills and 1 eliptical and there is always someone on them.
As for safety it is does not exsist. We had a police officer living at the tradition when I first arrived not we have this patrol man that comes by and sits in front of the complex and if you are lucking drives around once and then he is done and it seems to be around the same time so if you wanted to do something illegal you would just have to watch for the times when he does his rounds.
Like the other comment it is very true if you are just going to stay in you apartment you will be find well that is if your apartment is not on the 1st floor. I did hear of some breakings on the 1st floor.
I thought that with the high rents that they charge it would detour the ghetto madness but this place is become a hood. I will have to stay because my son attends mallard creek but once he is done with elementary I am gone.
I will say on a positive note that the management is great and lindsey is the sweetiest but the residents are too hood for me..
Parking is terrible too...
